• VISTA-15P · up to 32 zones, 1 partition

  The smaller workhorse. 6 hardwired zones standard, expandable to 26 wireless. Up to 2 touchscreens, 32 user codes. Ideal for residential and small business — homes up to roughly 3,000 sqft, single-tenant offices, retail under 5,000 sqft.

• VISTA-20P · up to 48 zones, 2 "true" partitions

  8 hardwired zones (15 with zone doubling), expandable to 40 wireless. Up to 4 touchscreens, 48 user codes. Two truly independent partitions for in-law suites, multi-tenant, or home + business under one roof. The most-installed VISTA in the field.

• VISTA-21iP · 20P + integrated IP communicator

  Same capacity as the 20P with a built-in IP communicator on the board, plus an optional snap-in LTE radio for true dual-path. Best when you want monitoring on day one without adding a separate communicator.

• Hardwired and wireless on the same panel

  Hardwired contacts on every door, wireless on the tough-to-cable openings — both report to the same panel, the same monitoring.

Quick answers.

• Why hardwired instead of wireless?
  Hardwired never needs sensor batteries replaced, can't be jammed by an RF attacker, and is more reliable in metal buildings (warehouses, churches with steel structure, brick-and-block commercial). For new construction we always recommend hardwired contacts — the wires get pulled before drywall and the install cost difference is small. For retrofits on a finished house, wireless usually wins on labor cost.
